Each event is quoted individually based on scope, size, location and timeline. With your proposal, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of recommended staffing, hours, and services, along with a payment schedule that fits your planning timeline.

Pre-Event Support

Event Day Support

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

✦ Coordination of vendor arrivals, setup, execution, and teardown
✦ Point of contact for all vendors throughout the event
✦ Management of venue, rentals, florals, catering, A/V, entertainment,
signage, sponsors, etc.
✦ Distribution and review of the finalized event itinerary
✦ Ensure vendors meet all requirements of their scope of work

EVENT OVERSIGHT + FLOW

✦ Supervision of full event setup and tear down
✦ Management of event run of show, timeline and program flow
(e.g. Speeches, awards, meals)
✦ Cues and reminders for MC, speakers, and key participants
✦ Troubleshooting any on-site issues or last-minute adjustments

STAFFING + SUPPORT

✦ 1 certified lead planner on-site for min. 3 hours
✦ Option to add additional planners or on-site support team
✦ Fully stocked emergency kit for event needs

GUEST + FRONT-OF-HOUSE MANAGEMENT

✦ Registration desk setup and guest check-in management
✦ Guest greeting and flow assistance
✦ Coordination of signage, directional flow & custom displays
✦ Custom gift or swag bag assembly and distribution
