  • Tess is the type A personality that you need on your wedding day. She has an eye for design and is absolutely obsessed when it comes to the details. Tess finds joy in the little, unscripted moments in life and believes that even the smallest accomplishments deserve celebrating. When she’s not wedding planning she spends most of her time in the company of her massive family and friends.

    What continues to motivate her as a wedding planner are the relationships she is privileged to build with each couple. Ensuring that the vision of their day becomes a reality genuinely matters and when she is able to exceed those expectations she is reminded all over again why she loves what she does!

Heather Salema

  • Heather has been coordinating and planning events of all shapes and sizes for many years now, both in the private and public sector. She is excited to be on the INLY Events team helping couples with one of the most exciting days in their lives!

    Heather is an excel wizard, is very detail oriented and stays cool, calm and collected throughout the wedding day to ensure nothing gets missed and everyone has the best day possible. Her favourite part of the wedding day is always the first look - it's such a beautiful moment! Heather has a passion for logistics and is never seen without her clipboard. She can't wait to help you on your big day!

    When not working weddings and events, you can find Heather jet setting off to various parts of the world, or happily in the best seat in the house at her favourite musical. Ask her anything about show tunes!

Megan Scotland

  • Megan plays an essential role in INLY Events operations. Her role as INLY Events Social Media Manager means that almost everything you see on our Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Website, she’s had a hand in.

    You’ll also find Megan working your wedding day, as one of INLY Events’ associate wedding planners. She loves organizing your wedding details and will more than likely cry at some point during your day (just a little though). Megan is passionate about floral design and is experienced in gardening and plant care. Her goal is for one day to combine her love of florals and wedding planning under the INLY Events name.

Kirsten Vickers

  • To Kirsten, event planning isn't a job it's a joy! She loves envisioning events down to the little details and has so much fun seeing all those details come to life. So if you need a detailed list or an event vision board… Kirsten is your girl!

    Kirsten's favourite pass time is going on adventures in her family's orchard with her husband and three little girls. She also loves planning her girl's birthday parties and usually has a DIY project on the go for an upcoming event Kirsten can't wait to help you make your event come to life and run smoothly.

Paulina Filewska Lourinho

  • Paulina comes to us with many years of experience planning and coordinating a wide range of events. She has worked fashion shows, luxury corporate events, weddings, and almost everything in between.

    Paulina is extremely detail-oriented, while keeping in mind the bigger picture and overall vision. Paulina will dot every “i” and cross every “t” when handling your event to ensure that every step is executed with the utmost kindness and care. Paulina absolutely adores everything to do with weddings and her number one priority will be to make you feel your best and ensure things run smoothly on your special day. When she’s not working, Paulina spends her time exploring the world, basking in the sun, playing volleyball and embracing the simple things life has to offer.

Mackenzie Henry

  • Mackenzie has been with the company since the beginning, as one of INLY Events first associate wedding planners. She is a solid, supportive wedding planner and appreciates that each small detail makes a big difference. Weddings hold a special meaning for Mackenzie as years ago when attending a wedding she met her boyfriend Nicholas. Their meeting was straight up out of a fairytale and is a reminder of how magical weddings can be.

    Her favourite part of a wedding day is a tie between all of the delicious wedding food and the moment the dance floor opens. When she’s not planning weddings you’ll find her at the nearest thrift store, antiquing or cuddling with her kitten Timothy and puppy Aggie.

  • Genea is a passionate event planner that loves to see a vision come to life! One of her favourite parts about wedding planning is seeing the uniqueness of each couple represented and celebrated on their special day.

    Genea enjoys exploring new places with her husband and two daughters, as well as tackling new DIY projects. Her creativity, organization, and excitement is an asset to any wedding planning process.

Maddy Hopton

  • Maddy joins us with many years of experience planning and coordinating a wide range of events. She has worked within the film festival circuit, arts events and programming, conference convening, as well as fundraising, and is excited to bring her experience bringing together events to weddings.

    Maddy is type A and is extremely detail-oriented, and loves to work with a team to bring together creative visions. Maddy prioritizes care and intention in all of the work she does, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to your wedding. Maddy believes strongly in the work that Tess and INLY Events provides, as she herself was a client! Not only did the team put together the wedding of her and her partner's dreams, but they did so with thoroughness, kindness, ease, and lots of smiles and laughter! When she’s not working, Maddy spends her time hiking with her partner and their dog, going disc-golfing, and cozying up with a good book.
