Working with Tess was one of the BEST investments we made for our wedding. We hired Tess and Inly Events for month-of coordination. Tess was so helpful in those final few weeks, creating an epic day-of timeline, providing really good advice on some of the details we were still figuring out, and being an amazing sounding board.
On our wedding day, I can’t count the number of times Tess saved my sanity. She stepped in when the inevitable hiccups happened, with great solutions and a relaxing approach that set me at ease when things got stressful, and I really trusted her to solve problems and make everything great. She paid attention to all the smallest details and ensured everything looked amazing and flowed smoothly.

I’m so happy we chose INLY events for our wedding. Tess and the whole crew were so helpful and our wedding day really would not have been the same without them. We hired INLY for Month of Planning and thank goodness we did. We really took on way to much ourselves for our wedding but you would never have known because Tess made sure that everything went as planned and smooth leading up to it and the day of. Everyone worked such a long day and really made our vision come to life, it was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our special day and know we could trust Tess and her entire crew to take care of everything. I could not recommend them enough, such amazing, lovely and hardworking group who truly care to make your day everything you dreamed of.
We worked with Tess in the month leading up to our wedding. Being a bit of a control freak, I was really put at ease knowing that Tess was taking care of coordinating all the vendors, musicians, the groomsmen, etc, especially in the week leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She kept us organized and was a pleasure to work with. She also gave us real feedback, no sugarcoating, about details we has trouble deciding on throughout the planning process, what I really appreciated. Tess is really worth it!

Our day was magical and we owe a huge part of that to the co-ordination both in the months leading up to the wedding and on our special day. Tess and her team went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful with helping me create a timeline as well as managing a DETAILED schedule and checklist to make sure that we missed no detail. It gave me a lot of piece of mind knowing that Tess has my back and wouldn’t let me forget something important. As a very picky person I had a lot of little details which Tess was always supportive of and helped me source (I.e. working with my florist to source pillar glasses large enough to fit over our brass candle stick holder, which was not an easy task!).
The real impact from Tess and her team was on the actual wedding day. When I say I did not stress for a minute of my wedding, I mean it. Tess and her team were there bright and early and brought my vision to life! They even did an impromptu floral switch (which was not part of the plan!) and I thought it was the florists work because it looked so good! I was able to relax with my friends and family knowing that tess knew exactly what was going on and would instruct me on our timeline throughout the night (ie speeches, cutting the cake, first dance, etc). It was truly a perfect wedding and I have INLY to thank!
All I can say is that when picking a wedding planner it’s important to pick someone that is good at what they do but also someone that you trust and enjoy as person and Tess is the full package. If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner, trust me, it’s worth every penny!

We had such a great experience with Tess! From the day we first met her we knew her energy was exactly what we were looking for and she just seemed to get us. She was thorough and super organized and really lovely- everything you want and need in a planner. The most important thing for me was, that I felt completely confident handing over the reins to her on my wedding day. The month leading up to your wedding can be very overwhelming and stressful with so many little details to think of. Once we started working with Tess, we instantly realized it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning journey! She is professional, extremely organized, detail-oriented and constantly one step ahead of you to help keep everything on track. We felt so relaxed the week of our wedding and completely care-free on the day of, knowing that Tess (and her assistant Paulina) were working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything looked great and went smoothly. We received so many compliments about how organized we were and how smooth things went, which was all thanks to Tess. We can’t recommend INLY Events enough! Our day was absolutely perfect!
We worked with Tess for our wedding in January 2023 and went with the Wedding Day Management Service that she offers. The portal that you gain access to is so helpful to keep you on track while planning. 6 weeks out Tess took over everything. She built out a whole detailed timeline for the day of and answered all of our (many!) questions. She connected with all our vendors to ensure everything was on track. All of our vendors commented on how great she was to work with. On the wedding day, she and her colleague, Paulina, handled EVERYTHING. They made both of us feel so comfortable and they took away any stress. It was so nice for me and my partner to just show up, have a great time, and not have to worry about any details or questions. I would highly recommend working with INLY Events for your wedding!

Tess of INLY events is soooo good at what she does! We were so grateful to have her help us out with our month of co-ordination. She takes on so much of the stress of planning herself so that you don’t have to worry about it, she is very organized and passionate about executing a smooth and successful wedding day! I had the pleasure of working with Tess at a recent wedding and was blown away by her professionalism, her eye for style and her easy going, fun-loving personality. Tess did such an amazing job at dressing up the wedding venue in a subtle yet elegant way that was not only trendy but comforting. She also had the coolest guest book I've ever seen, an old guitar! Since the groom was a musician it was the perfect touch to an already perfect day.

Tess of INLY Events is amazing! Working in the wedding industry myself for almost 5 years, it’s always so nice to come across like minded, hard working and talented fellow entrepreneurs in the industry. I had only met Tess at the start of the wedding season this year, back in May, but I liked her so much right off the bat, I felt like I had known her much longer. When I was in a pinch and needed a last minute assistant to help with setting up a really important wedding in the spring, she came to my aid and worked wonders. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, honesty and humour made it so easy and fun to work with her, I wanted to work with her more! When planning and designing my brother’s wedding this year, I wanted someone I could trust fully in charge that day to run the ship in my absence so I could enjoy the day, and who better to help execute everything than Tess, and I’m so glad she took the job. I can’t thank her enough for being such a crucial part of our team for that special September day. She took such good care of everything and everyone. Hiring Tess of INLY Events was by far the best decision we made when planning our wedding. My now husband and I weren't sure if a wedding coordinator was something we needed but now we are so thankful we made the investment. Not only is Tess a wonderful and caring person but her organization, planning and attention to detail helped put my anxieties at ease during the planning process. We had to change our wedding date 3 times due to COVID, and Tess was in constant communication with us every step of the way, always making sure we were making the best decision for us with the ever changing government guidelines. She helped pull together a gorgeous reception dinner in a matter of weeks. At first I wasn’t sure we needed Tess’ services - I felt organized and our venue had a coordinator! Turns out deciding to work with Tess was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Tess is on the ball, reliable, and just the most delightful and kind human. She thinks of everything and kept us meticulously organized, which made me feel calm and prepared leading up to the wedding. On the day of, it was Tess to the rescue multiple times and she always had a smile on her face. She kept everything on time, she led our massive decor take down, and she made sure we weren’t working in any way so we could just enjoy our wedding as if we were guests. The morning after our wedding I reflected on our day and all I kept saying was, “thank goodness for Tess”. One hundred stars out of one hundred. Tess is a gem.
